Researcher Abdulqader Badi Achieves Academic Excellence with Master’s Thesis in Business Administration

Sanaa: Researcher Abdulqader Mohammed Badi received on Tuesday his Master's degree with distinction in Business Administration from Azal University for Human Development for his thesis entitled "The Role of Transformational Leadership in Improving the Performance of the General Authority for Roads and Bridges."

According to Yemen News Agency, the study aimed to explore the role of transformational leadership in enhancing the performance of the Authority by guiding decision-makers towards adopting effective leadership styles focused on motivation and human resource development.

During the thesis defense, which was attended by the Chairman of the General Authority for Roads and Bridges, Engineer Abdulrahman al-Hadrami, the examining committee led by Dr. Abdulkhaliq Tawaf, Professor of Business Administration at Amran University, and including Dr. Abdulaziz al-Makhlafi (internal examiner) and Dr. Mujahid al-Mashraqi (external examiner), commended the content and methodology of the study and the researcher's efforts.

The committee noted that the researcher's findings would contribute to improving institutional performance in the General Authority for Roads and Bridges by transforming the study's recommendations into an actionable plan. They recommended that the thesis be printed and shared between universities.
