Sana'a: Acting Prime Minister Mohammed Miftah participated in a graduation ceremony for specialized, refresher, and emergency forces courses organized by the General Directorate of Training and Qualification at the Ministry of Interior. The event was held in collaboration with the General Police Training Center, the Martyr Taha al-Madani Police Training School, and the Police Academy's Training College.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Acting Prime Minister underscored the significance of continuous training and qualification in building a competent security cadre. He emphasized that these efforts are crucial for raising readiness and discipline levels, thereby enhancing security performance and providing efficient services to the community.
Miftah congratulated the graduates for completing the courses, highlighting how these programs add valuable scientific, intellectual, and skill-based enhancements to their practical capabilities. He inspired the graduates to embody responsibility, faith, and dedication in serving the community and promoting security and stability.
Addressing the graduates, Miftah encouraged them to be role models for their families and communities, setting outstanding examples in performance, discipline, conduct, and responsibility. He remarked on the Yemenis' historical contributions globally and stressed the importance of maintaining a model of ethics and professional performance in achieving justice.
Miftah pointed out the pivotal role of security as the gateway to justice, emphasizing its importance in protecting rights and ensuring stability. He called the mission a noble national and humanitarian task, urging the graduates to reflect their training in the field through vigilance and dedication in confronting threats to national security.
He highlighted the successes achieved in maintaining public order and apprehending criminal elements as evidence of Yemen's strong and conscious security institution. The theme "Unity of the Fields" was noted as a reflection of the security personnel's awareness and readiness to meet current challenges.
The ceremony, attended by key figures such as Deputy Minister of Interior Major General Abdulmajid Al-Murtada and others, saw Major General Abdul-Fattah Al-Madani affirm the courses' role in preparing competent and disciplined security personnel. He emphasized the importance of enhancing security and combat readiness to face challenges and protect public order.
Colonel Nawaf al-Ghamir, representing the graduates, pledged their commitment to applying the acquired knowledge and skills in various security operations, aiming for improved performance and heightened discipline and readiness.
