Researcher Earns Master’s Degree with Distinction from Ibb University

Sana'a: Researcher Nasser Abdullah Lotf has been awarded a master's degree with distinction from the Faculty of Arts at Ibb University. His thesis, which examined the human dimension in the Prophet Muhammad's biography during the Medinan period, was recognized for its analytical approach and relevance to contemporary issues.

According to Yemen News Agency, Lotf's thesis, titled 'The Human Dimension in the Events of the Prophet's Biography during the Medinan Period: A Study of Themes and Impacts,' delved into the humanitarian themes present in the Prophet's life. It highlighted how these themes influenced societal development and promoted values of mercy, solidarity, and coexistence.

The examining committee, chaired by Abdulrahman al-Hajj and including Ahmed Mutahhar and Fahd al-Hettar, commended the thesis for its in-depth analysis. They noted its focus on the humanitarian aspects of the Prophet's biography during the Medinan period and the continued importance of these values in fostering social cohesion and coexistence.

The defense of the thesis was attended by notable figures, including the governors of Ibb and Sana'a governorates, Abdulwahid Salah and Abdulbasit al-Hadi, respectively. Also present were Nasr al-Hujaili, Director of the Governorate Public Works Office Engineer Ibrahim al-Shami, and several academics and researchers.
