Sana'a:Researcher Mohammed Ali Ja'il has been awarded an Executive Master's degree in Public Administration from the Public Administration Center at Sana'a University. His thesis, titled "The Impact of Implementing the Quality Standard (ISO 90012015) on Institutional Performance A Case Study of the Yemen Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control Organization (YSMO)," was highly commended.

According to Yemen News Agency, the examination committee praised the study's content, methodology, and findings. The committee was chaired by Dr. Munther Ishaq, with Dr. Ali Al-Awadi as the internal examiner and Dr. Tawfiq Al-Sanabani serving as the external examiner.
