Sana'a: The Acting Minister of Economy, Industry, and Investment, Sam Al-Bashiri, engaged in discussions with the central technical team of the ministry regarding the implementation level of the technical development plan of the ministry and its affiliated bodies.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting, which included the participation of Deputy Minister of Economy for the Policies, Studies, and Planning Sector, Fuad Al-Junaid, focused on reviewing the automation procedures outlined in the 1448 AH plan. The discussions addressed the completion of automation in sectoral work and the integration of information between the Ministry of Economy and Industry, its affiliated bodies, and the offices in the governorates, alongside other relevant authorities.
During the meeting, Acting Minister Al-Bashiri commended the team's accomplishments and emphasized the necessity of intensifying efforts to finalize the automation of procedures across the ministry's sectors and its affiliated bodies. This initiative aims to simplify procedures and expedite transaction processing. He also highlighted the importance of adhering to the timeline matrix in the plan and maintaining ongoing development and automation of services to adapt to changes and contribute to improving the business environment.
