Riyadh: Continuing its hostile approach and military failures, and its inability to achieve any field or political gains, the Saudi enemy has recently resorted to forming a new maritime and international coalition in a desperate attempt to reproduce its failures and replicate the military alliances that previously crumbled before the steadfastness of the Yemeni people and the valor of its armed forces.
According to Yemen News Agency, not content with the horrific crimes, killings, and systematic destruction it has committed, and the siege and starvation it has imposed on the Yemeni people for 12 years, the Saudi enemy persists in its arrogance by resorting to new alliances and coalitions. Their aim is to cover up its impotence, evade its commitments to establishing peace, circumvent its successive defeats, and repeat options that the reality on the ground has proven to be utterly futile.
The recent Saudi aggression reflects nothing more than its insistence on escalating its conflict by relying on military solutions that have proven futile and ineffective. However, its arrogance will inevitably lead it to taste the bitterness of defeat and will exact a heavy price, as the coming days will demonstrate.
Instead of addressing the damage caused by the aggression of March 26, 2015, and fulfilling the requirements of peace by implementing the agreed-upon "roadmap"-foremost among them ending the aggression, lifting the comprehensive blockade, paying state employee salaries, releasing prisoners, and providing reparations and compensation to those affected-the Saudi enemy continues its attempts to bolster its position through alliances that will neither protect it nor deter Yemen from upholding its legitimate rights, regardless of the sacrifices required.
Field data confirms that relying on the formation of new military frameworks and naval alliances will not achieve Riyadh's objectives; rather, it will only further complicate the situation. Given that the equation is already decided on the ground, these moves will only reproduce failed approaches, especially in light of their disregard for agreed-upon commitments regarding the heinous crimes committed during their eight years of blatant aggression, and the resulting widespread destruction and blockade that will not be forgotten.
The idea of maritime alliances is not new. It was preceded by the launch of numerous international and regional blocs under the banner of protecting navigation and maritime security. However, the reality on the ground has definitively proven the futility of these options, as previous blocs failed to impose new equations or secure shipping lanes, since they ignored the true roots of the crisis and the causes of the conflict.
The Saudi regime's subservience to external pressures, its compliance with the desires of international and regional powers to perpetuate harm to the Yemeni people and interference in their affairs, and its occupation of vast swathes of Yemeni governorates; This is nothing more than a blatant attempt to escape the reality it has created for itself, and to circumvent the consequences of its aggression and its military failures, without realizing that continuing on this path will only bring it further losses and will not deter the Yemeni people from reclaiming their sovereign rights.
The shortest path for the Saudi regime to achieve security and stability, as emphasized by the head of the national negotiating delegation, Mohammed Abdul Salam, is to end the aggression, completely lift the blockade, respect the rights of its neighbors, and treat the Yemeni people with respect, rather than running away from the problem by creating even greater crises. However, delaying the implementation of the peace agreement and attempting to weaken Yemen and violate its human rights will not bring it any stability, but will only lead to further repercussions and destruction.
In this context, the warnings issued by the leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, put an end to Saudi procrastination. He affirmed in previous speeches that the indicators of the Saudi regime's behavior reveal its intention to renege on its peace commitments, its sponsorship of hostile actions, and its reliance on foreign alliances.
The leader affirmed that the Saudi enemy's continued aggression and escalation will be met by the Yemeni people and their armed forces with a comprehensive escalation, and that delaying the implementation of the roadmap's requirements will not grant the enemy security nor protect it from the consequences of its misguided choices.
In short: Facts prove that the formation of the new "maritime coalition" is nothing but a postponement of crises and a waste of time. The only way to achieve security and stability between the two neighboring countries lies in abandoning failed military gambles, implementing the roadmap, fulfilling commitments, and meeting the humanitarian and economic needs of the Yemeni people without any preconditions.
