Seminar in Al-Thawrah District Commemorates Imam Ali’s Martyrdom and International Quds Day

Sanaa: The General Mobilization in Al-Thawrah District, Capital Sanaa, organized a cultural seminar today commemorating the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) and International Quds Day under the slogan "With the Guardianship of al-Karrar, We Will Liberate Al-Aqsa from the Evil Zionists."

According to Yemen News Agency, the seminar was attended by the Advisor to the Supreme Political Council, Ambassador Abdulilah Hajar, and a member of the Political Office of Ansar Allah, Dr. Taha Al-Mutawakkil. Dr. Al-Mutawakkil emphasized that the anniversary of Imam Ali's martyrdom serves as an inspiration for the values of prophetic ethics, heroism, courage, patience on truth, and steadfastness in the face of falsehood.

Dr. Al-Mutawakkil highlighted the importance of the holy month and the significance of commemorating Imam Ali's martyrdom, describing him as a great symbol, guide, leader, and role model. He further explained that Imam Ali represents the true extension of authentic Muhammadan Islam and that his life and actions provide valuable lessons and morals.

Cultural activist Taha Al-Hadari remarked on the timing of the anniversary, noting that the Islamic nation faces significant challenges and threats from its enemies. He stressed the importance of reflection and unity among the Islamic community in confronting these challenges, following the approach exemplified by Imam Ali.

Al-Hadari underlined the necessity for increased awareness, unified efforts, and solidarity among all members of the nation, asserting that the current struggle is critical for the entire Islamic community.
