Damt: Students of the Sharia Sciences School in the Damt district of Dhalea province held a cultural and speech event to mark the Prophet Muhammad's birthday for the year 1448 AH.
According to Yemen News Agency, speakers at the event highlighted the spiritual qualities embodied by the Prophet, such as courage, faith, piety, and determination in confronting adversaries and oppressors. They described the Prophet's birthday as a landmark in the history of the Islamic nation.
The event reviewed various aspects of the life, status, and greatness of the Prophet, emphasizing his virtues and qualities as a model for the Muslim community in both spiritual and practical life.
Participants also called for broad participation in commemorating his birthday on 12 Rabi' al-Awwal.
