Tunis:The Chairman of the Shura Council, Mohammed Hussein Al-Aidarous, has sent a cable of congratulations to the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and Mahdi al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council, marking the 63rd anniversary of the October 14 Revolution.

According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Aidarous extended his warmest congratulations on behalf of himself, the Council's Presidium, its members, and the General Secretariat. His message was directed to the Leader of the Revolution, members of the Supreme Political Council, the heads of the Parliament and the Supreme Judicial Council, the Acting Prime Minister, the armed forces, the Mujahideen, and the Yemeni people, celebrating this national occasion.

Al-Aidarous emphasized the importance of drawing lessons from the October 14 Revolution, highlighting it as a pivotal historical event where the Yemeni people united against British colonial rule. He noted the revolutionary spirit of the Yemeni people, who, despite limited resources, were able to mobilize their energies for liberation.

The Shura Council Chairman also issued an appeal to the people of the southern governorates, urging them not to be drawn into conflicts that serve colonial and foreign agendas. He stressed the importance of prioritizing national interests and taking advantage of the general amnesty to preserve lives and resources.

He highlighted the current national celebrations coinciding with Yemen's confrontation against aggression led by the Saudi regime, commending the Yemeni Armed Forces for their significant advancements and victories. Al-Aidarous reaffirmed the Council's support for decisions made by the revolutionary leadership and the armed forces, advocating for the "blockade-for-blockade" strategy until the Saudi aggression ceases and the blockade on Yemen is lifted.

Al-Aidarous concluded by expressing hope for the liberation of all Yemeni territories, praying for the nation's martyrs, the wounded, and the release of prisoners.
