Student Protests in Khayran Al-Muharraq, Abs Denounce Crime of Targeting Sana’a Airport

Sana'a: Schools in Khayran Al-Muharraq District and the Qutbah sub-district in Abs, Hajjah Governorate, organized today student protests denouncing the Saudi enemy's crime of targeting Sana'a Airport. Participants in the protests chanted angry slogans against the Saudi enemy's crime, considering this crime a violation of international and humanitarian conventions, aimed at compounding the suffering of the Yemeni people.

According to Yemen News Agency, they affirmed their continued steadfastness, resilience, and commitment to education, rejecting all forms of aggression and the targeting of civilians and public facilities. A statement issued by the protests condemned in the strongest terms the criminal Saudi aggression that targeted Sana'a International Airport, reflecting the continued aggressive approach in targeting the capabilities and fundamental rights of the Yemeni people.

The statement called on the international community and human rights and humanitarian organizations to assume their responsibilities regarding these Saudi violations, work to stop the targeting of civilian facilities, and ensure accountability for those responsible. It affirmed the continued steadfastness and resilience of the Yemeni people in defending the nation's sovereignty, independence, and the restoration of plundered national wealth over the past 11 years.
