Taiz: The Public Works and Roads Office in Taiz Governorate has received 14 new detailed urban plans for Dhamnat Khadir City. These plans were handed over on Saturday following their preparation and approval by the governorate branch of the General Authority for Lands.
According to Yemen News Agency, the handover was conducted during a meeting chaired by Deputy Governor Taha Al-Buraihi. The meeting was attended by key officials including the Director of the Public Works Office, Eng. Bakil Hamid, Khadir District Director Fares Al-Jaradi, and Director of the Lands Authority branch Abdulghani Al-Hamdani.
During the session, Deputy Governor Al-Buraihi emphasized the necessity for collaboration and coordination among relevant authorities to effectively implement the urban plans and tackle any challenges that may arise during their execution. He highlighted that the completion of these plans is crucial for regulating construction activities and curbing unplanned urban expansion. This measure aims to mitigate negative impacts on the urban landscape and improve the delivery of public services to citizens.
