Ibb: The Technical Education and Vocational Training Sector in Ibb Governorate organized a commemorative event to mark the anniversary of Prophet Mohammed's birth. The event was attended by Minister of Education and Scientific Research Hassan Al-Saadi and Ibb Governor Abdulwahid Salah.
According to Yemen News Agency, Minister Al-Saadi highlighted the significance of commemorating the Prophet's birthday, emphasizing the Yemeni people's strong connection to Prophet Mohammed and their commitment to his teachings. He described the occasion as a moment to draw inspiration from values such as patience and steadfastness, aiming to build individuals capable of contributing to their country and society.
Minister Al-Saadi stressed the role of the technical education and vocational training sector in strengthening the national economy by preparing skilled cadres for the labor market. He called for improvements in the quality of education and training to meet community needs and current demands, underscoring the ministry's focus on these educational pathways.
During the event, attended by key officials including members of the House of Representatives and the Shura Council, Dr. Badr Al-Farah from the Technical Education Sector emphasized the importance of the Prophet's teachings in fostering knowledge, work, and morality. He reiterated the sector's commitment to organizing activities that promote these values among students and trainees.
Dr. Al-Farah also highlighted ongoing efforts to enhance the educational and vocational training environment in Ibb Governorate, aiming to prepare qualified technical cadres who can effectively contribute to development and community service.
