Taiz: The General Corporation for Telecommunications, the Finance Office, the Cooperative Agricultural Credit Bank, and the General Postal Authority in Taiz Governorate organized a speech event today to mark the anniversary of the Martyr of the Qur'an, Sayyed Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi.
According to Yemen News Agency, speeches delivered at the event emphasized the significance of the anniversary as a faith-based and educational occasion. The speeches focused on drawing lessons in awareness, insight, steadfastness, and determination, while highlighting the Martyr of the Qur'an's role in reviving the Qur'anic project and correcting the course of the nation. Participants underscored the necessity for a serious return to the Qur'an to confront tyranny and arrogance.
The event also featured a poem and a cultural competition that highlighted various stages of the martyr leader's life. Material prizes were awarded to participants in recognition of their involvement.
