Telecommunications Corporation Supplies Advanced Ultrasound Device to Al-Durayhimi Hospital

Al-hodeida: The General Telecommunications Corporation has supplied a modern ultrasound device to the rural hospital in Al-Durayhimi District, Al-Hodeida Governorate, as part of its mission to bolster the healthcare sector and enhance medical services for citizens residing in rural areas.



According to Yemen News Agency, the Deputy Governor for Services Affairs, Mohammed Halisy, commended the Telecommunications Corporation’s initiative, emphasizing the significance of collaboration between government institutions to improve healthcare services and mitigate the hardships faced by citizens, particularly in the prevailing conditions in the country.



Ali Heba, the Director of the Telecommunications Corporation branch, stated that the donation is part of the corporation’s strategy to equip health facilities in the governorate with crucial medical tools. He noted that the newly provided ultrasound device is expected to enhance the diagnostic and treatment services available at the hospital.



Additionally, Mohammed Qaboos, the Director of the Health Office in Al-Durayhimi District, expressed gratitude towards the Telecommunications Corporation for this contribution, confirming that the device is a valuable addition that will positively impact the quality of medical services offered at the rural hospital.
