Sana'a: A five-day training course on communication skills concluded on Thursday in the capital Sana'a, organized by the General Administration for Development Research and Training. The course aimed at enhancing the communication capabilities of 28 employees from the Capital Sana'a's office, directorates, and various executive bodies.
According to Yemen News Agency, Abdullah al-Koul, Director of Training at the Capital Sana'a, highlighted that the training is part of ongoing efforts to improve employee skills and boost job performance. He emphasized the crucial role of effective communication in optimizing work processes and confirmed the continuation of specialized training programs to meet staff needs.
