US-Saudi-Emirati Airstrikes Cause Destruction and Casualties Across Yemen Over The Years

Sana'a: On July 24, numerous airstrikes launched by the US-Saudi-Emirati coalition have targeted populated areas across several Yemeni governorates, resulting in significant casualties and widespread destruction. Over the years, these attacks have led to the martyrdom of several citizens, injuries to others, and extensive damage to infrastructure and homes. According to Yemen News Agency, on July 24, 2015, airstrikes in the Saada Governorate resulted in two martyrs and five injuries. The attacks, which targeted areas like Haydan and Majz District, also caused damage to markets and homes. In Al-Bayda Governorate, airstrikes led to the deaths of four citizens and damaged government facilities and homes. On July 24, 2016, an airstrike in the Al-Mokha district of Taiz Governorate left ten citizens dead and others injured, including women and children. Similar attacks in Saada Governorate damaged farms and refrigeration warehouses. Airstrikes also targeted bridges and homes across various districts, causing furt her casualties and destruction. The aggression continued on July 24, 2017, with multiple airstrikes in Saada, Marib, and Amran Governorates, leading to injuries and significant damage to government buildings and citizens' property. In Al-Hodeida and Taiz Governorates, airstrikes caused damage to homes and infrastructure. By July 24, 2018, the coalition's airstrikes and shelling had resulted in further casualties in Lahj and Al-Hodeida Governorates. Attacks on various districts led to the destruction of homes and public properties, affecting the lives of many civilians. In 2019, airstrikes and shelling in Al-Hodeida, Saada, and Sana'a Governorates led to injuries and widespread damage to homes and farms. The coalition's attacks targeted populated areas, causing further distress to the civilian population.
