Sana'a: Jamal Abdel Nasser High School for Excellencies in Sana'a today honored the pioneer students of the outstanding schools for the academic year 1446 AH, known as the "golden batch". In a ceremony attended by numerous officials, the students were celebrated for their achievements and excellence.
According to Yemen News Agency, during the honoring ceremony, Hadi Ammar, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research, congratulated the students and their parents on achieving top ranks at the Republic level. Ammar emphasized the students' potential as future scholars and urged them to continue their pursuit of knowledge to achieve their dreams and contribute to their country.
He also noted the ceremony's timing with the anniversary of a significant religious event, highlighting a broader message about the nation's current state and the importance of returning to core values and teachings.
Dr. Mohamed Al-Qasimi, the director of Abdel Nasser High School, commended the students and their parents for their hard work and dedication. He acknowledged the school's educational staff for their commitment and praised the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research for their support.
Hassan Abu Munsar, a representative of the graduating students, expressed gratitude toward parents, teachers, and the school for fostering an environment conducive to success. He also referenced the ongoing challenges faced by the people of Gaza, urging support for the graduates to ensure continued success in various fields.
The event was attended by ministry agents, educational sector officials, and included artistic performances and poems.
