Hodeida: The local authorities and General Mobilization Office in Hodeida governorate have initiated the second round of "al-Aqsa Flood" courses for the year 1447 Hijri. Under the slogan "Prepare for them whatever power you can muster," these courses are integral to the "Promised Conquest and Holy Jihad" battle.
According to Yemen News Agency, the program is designed to enhance ideological fortification and prepare the community to confront adversaries, particularly in support of the Palestinian cause. Governor Abdullah Atifi highlighted that these courses are essential for confronting enemies and serve as a fundamental means of ideological defense for the society. He reiterated Hodeida governorate's firm commitment to jihad and its strong stance on issues affecting the Arab and Islamic nations, with a particular focus on the Palestinian cause.
The second round of the program is tailored to current developments, emphasizing mobilization and insight, linking reality with faith-based stances to nurture a unified, active awareness. The governor also underscored the necessity of involving all segments of society to counteract soft warfare and misinformation campaigns, thereby cultivating generations capable of bearing responsibility with determination and resilience.
Ahmed al-Bashri, First Undersecretary of the governorate and head of General Mobilization, stated that this round addresses a phase requiring heightened awareness and vigilance amid increasing aggression from adversaries. He described these courses as a continual strategic path toward liberation and support for Palestine and other Arab and Islamic causes, highlighting that public engagement reflects the deep-seated awareness among the people of Hodeida.
Al-Bashri also outlined the themes of the second round, confirming that the program will encompass all directorates and focus on elevating public awareness regarding the "battle of consciousness and dignity." He stressed the ongoing nature of general mobilization activities, aiming to transform them into a permanent strategy to combat soft warfare.
Mohammed Halisi, Undersecretary of the governorate for Services Affairs, confirmed Hodeida's pioneering role in opposing the adversaries of the Arab and Islamic nations. He noted that the success of the first round had led to widespread engagement with military qualification courses for mobilization programs, preparing for confrontation.
Halisi assured that the second round would be conducted with increased professionalism and flexibility to maximize its mobilizing and awareness-raising impact across all directorates and local communities. Sheikh Ali Sowmal, head of the Scholars and Learners Unit in the governorate, stated that these mobilization programs embody Quranic culture and contribute to creating a unified awareness that confronts tyranny with patience, trust, and certainty.
Sheikh Ibrahim Sharai, speaking on behalf of tribal leaders, expressed the tribes' appreciation for the ongoing mobilization efforts. He affirmed that these programs reflect the community's vigilance and awareness, serving as an extension of everyone's responsibility in the nation's battle against the Zionist enemy.
