Sanaa: An armed rally was organized on Friday by the tribes and sheikhs of the Al-Jarahi district in Yemen's Hodeida province, announcing a general mobilization and combat readiness to end the ongoing aggression and blockade.
According to Yemen News Agency, the participants declared that their actions were in response to a call by the revolutionary leader Abdul-Malik al-Houthi. They emphasized the importance of raising preparedness levels to reclaim what they described as the Yemeni people's usurped rights. The rally expressed full support for Sayyed al-Houthi's recent speech on the anniversary of Prophet Muhammad's migration, asserting their commitment to the causes of the Muslim nation and calling for expanded mobilization across various sectors to address current developments.
The participants highlighted the need for coordination between official institutions and the public to confront the comprehensive hostile actions against the Yemeni people. They stressed the importance of unified efforts to end the aggression, expel foreign forces, and lift the blockade. The rally reiterated the Al-Jarahi tribes' authorization for the revolutionary leader to make strategic decisions regarding military operations aimed at retaking areas held by the Saudi-UAE coalition. They pledged to continue recruitment and mobilization programs to prepare fighters for potential future confrontations.
The rally also declared full readiness for general mobilization, supporting front-line forces with both personnel and financial resources. They expressed their preparedness to confront the Saudi-led coalition and defend Yemen's resources. The rally praised Iran's military operations against Israel and the United States and called for greater coordination among members of what they referred to as the "Axis of Resistance" to confront regional challenges.
Moreover, the rally pledged to continue official and popular mobilization efforts to end the conflict and blockade, strengthen national sovereignty, protect Yemen's resources, and pursue full independence. It concluded by urging all Yemenis to unite and intensify efforts to regain control of all Yemeni territory, recover national resources, and secure what they described as the country's legitimate rights.
