Al-jawf: The Dhul Hussein and Dahm tribes in the Al-Yatamah area of Khub wa Al-Shaaf District, Al-Jawf Governorate, have declared their readiness to heed the call of Ansarullah leader Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi to end the ongoing aggression and blockade.
According to Yemen News Agency, participants in a significant armed tribal assembly affirmed their combat readiness and commitment to support the battlefronts with both manpower and resources. They emphasized their continued resolve and mobilization efforts until they achieve what they term as victory and the reclamation of national territory.
Tribal leaders and dignitaries during the gathering reiterated that the Al-Jawf tribes have consistently been a bastion against enemy schemes. They highlighted that the leader's call outlines a path for the dignity of the Yemeni people and demonstrates national unity in addressing prevailing challenges.
A statement from the gathering renewed allegiance to the revolutionary and political leadership, announcing a general mobilization and readiness to support the fronts with fighters and equipment to conclude the conflict and lift the blockade.
The statement emphasized that the tribes' response is driven by their religious and national responsibility to confront what they describe as aggression forces. It denounced ongoing efforts undermining the livelihoods of Yemenis and underscored the people's resolve to claim their rights and end the blockade.
Furthermore, the statement expressed backing for the leader's declaration, authorizing him to take necessary measures to cease the aggression, lift the blockade, and restore the rights of Yemenis. It also condemned the crimes against the Palestinian people, as well as attacks targeting Lebanon, Iran, and Yemen, showing solidarity with Palestine.
The assembly called for reinforcing internal unity among tribes, rejecting disputes and revenge conflicts, while focusing all efforts on confronting what they identify as the main enemy targeting Yemen and its people.
