Al-saddah: The residents of Al-Saddah District in the Ibb Governorate came together to organize a series of cultural and speech events to commemorate Mawlid al-Nabawi. These celebrations took place across various locations including the villages of Al-Masqah and Ni'an, the health sector of the Northern Quarter districts, Al-Markham isolate, Al-Qadisiyah and Mu'adh ibn Jabal schools, and Dhofar College for Health Sciences and Technology.
According to Yemen News Agency, the events featured speeches that underscored the significance of learning from the Prophet's life, emulating his virtues, and reinforcing a faith-based identity. The speakers also emphasized the importance of resisting cultural and ideological influences described as "soft warfare and hegemony projects." There was a call for robust participation in a major concluding event scheduled for the 12th of Rabi' al-Awwal.
The commemorations were well attended by local officials, military leaders, and social figures. The events included chanting and poetic performances, celebrating the importance and greatness of the occasion.
