Sana'a: Deputy Head of the National Higher Authority for Combating Corruption, Ridan Al-Mutawakel, received the second financial disclosure declaration from the Acting Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Water Resources, Ammar Ali Mohammed Al-Karim.
According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Mutawakel praised the Acting Minister's commitment to submitting his disclosure, which complies with the provisions of Financial Disclosure Law No. (30) of 2006. Ammar Al-Karim emphasized that his submission aligns with the financial disclosure law requirements.
On the sidelines of the submission, discussions addressed the need for strengthened coordination between the Authority and the Ministry to prevent and combat corruption. These talks took place within the framework of leadership priorities and the Government of Change and Construction's program. The discussions also highlighted the Ministry's economic role and the need to implement joint awareness programs focusing on integrity and anti-corruption efforts.
The event was attended by the heads of the Financial Disclosure and Illicit Gains Department, Mohammed Al-Qanass, the Media, Awareness, Education and Community Participation Department, Adel Al-Aqbi, and the Director of the Follow-up Division for those covered and for receiving financial disclosure declarations at the Authority, Abdulmalik Shayea.
