Sanaa: In a bold military operation, the Yemeni Armed Forces targeted two Saudi oil tankers, "ENCELIA" and "LAYLA," in the Red Sea, as part of their ongoing efforts to break the twelve-year siege imposed by Saudi Arabia. The operation underscores the Yemeni forces' commitment to the principle of "siege for a siege," aimed at reclaiming their nation's wealth and legitimate rights.
According to Yemen News Agency, the attack was executed using a combination of ballistic and cruise missiles along with drones, resulting in significant fires on both vessels. The precision of the strikes was attributed to divine assistance, marking a significant escalation in the ongoing conflict. Alongside this operation, the Yemeni Armed Forces successfully deterred approximately ten additional ships, compelling them to retreat.
The Yemeni military has vowed to continue its naval operations against Saudi targets, emphasizing their determination to enforce the "A siege for a siege" strategy. They warned that any further aggression from Saudi Arabia would prompt large-scale operations deep within Saudi territory, with severe consequences.
The Armed Forces expressed gratitude to the Yemeni population for their support and demonstrations, promising continued efforts to restore rights and lift the imposed siege. The Yemeni leadership remains steadfast in its resolve to confront what it perceives as Saudi-American injustice and tyranny.
