Bogota: Colombian President Gustavo Petro announced on Saturday that the inflation rate decreased in November of this year compared to November of last year.
According to Yemen News Agency, in a post on the "X" platform, the president stated that the inflation rate in November reached 0.07%, remaining almost stable, thanks to a 0.7% decrease in food prices.
He added that the decrease in food prices is not due to the central bank maintaining a high interest rate, but rather to an increase in the supply of food in the country.
He emphasized that what is hindering the continuation of the price decrease is the price of gasoline, which is currently experiencing speculation.
