General

Al safiya: The general mobilization in Al Safiya district of the Capital Secretariat organized a cultural awareness event under the slogan "The responsibility of the nation in supporting the Holy Quran and sanctities and confronting the Zionist scheme."

According to Yemen News Agency, the event featured a speech by Ziad Al Rafiq, the head of the technical office at the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research. Al Rafiq explained that global Zionism and its affiliates are responsible for the repeated insults to the sanctities of the Islamic nation, with the Holy Quran being a primary target. He highlighted that such insults reflect the deep-seated enmity and malice that, according to him, are held by Americans and Zionists towards Islam, Muslims, and their sacred beliefs. He emphasized that these actions are driven by fear of the Holy Quran as it unveils their true intentions and plots.

Al Rafiq affirmed the Yemeni people's stance, stating they will not remain silent in the face of these insults and will continue to uphold their Quranic, religious, and moral positions. He reiterated their commitment to support Gaza, Palestine, and Lebanon, and to defend the causes and sanctities of the Islamic nation.

Additionally, Mohammed Allaw, a member of the Association of Yemeni Scholars, addressed the gathering. Allaw emphasized that defending the Holy Quran is a sacred duty and an uncompromising issue. He called upon the peoples of the Arab and Islamic nations to fulfill their duty in supporting the Holy Quran and confronting the Zionist agenda. Allaw also advocated for comprehensive boycotts of all countries and companies that support or protect actions against Islamic sanctities, considering it the minimal religious and moral obligation.

He urged attendees to benefit from the leader's lectures during the blessed ten days, aiming to strengthen resolve and deepen understanding of the Holy Quran's concepts, particularly in relation to the conflict with the People of the Book and the dominant powers of the time, namely America and Israel.
