Deputy Foreign Minister Addresses Islamic Nations on Yemen Crisis

Sanaa:Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Abdul-Wahid Abu Ras, has sent letters to the foreign ministers of several Islamic nations concerning the ongoing Saudi-led aggression against Yemen.

According to Yemen News Agency, the Deputy Foreign Minister highlighted that since March 26, 2015, the Saudi regime has maintained an unjust aggression and brutal blockade against Yemen. This has included over 274,302 airstrikes targeting civilians and civilian infrastructure, leading to what he described as heinous crimes against humanity and the worst humanitarian crisis in modern history.

He emphasized that from the outset of the conflict, Sanaa has participated positively in all negotiation efforts. In contrast, he accused the Saudi regime and its mercenaries of consistently obstructing peace initiatives aimed at resolving the crisis in Yemen.
