Sana'a: The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Abdulwahid Abu Ras, stated: "The principle on which we base our stance towards Saudi intransigence is siege for siege. Either everyone enjoys freedom, independence, and benefits from their national wealth, or the declared equation with the Saudi enemy is what governs us."
According to Yemen News Agency, Abdulwahid Abu Ras emphasized that any nation choosing to align with the Saudi adversary will bear significant consequences for their misguided decision. He reiterated the commitment to legitimate rights as sanctioned by customs, laws, and covenants.
Abu Ras underscored that no law globally denies the legitimate rights of people, except what he termed as the law of the jungle. He stressed that the Saudi adversary must understand that lifting its own siege requires lifting the siege on Yemen, without exception.
He concluded by cautioning all nations worldwide to instruct their companies to steer clear of Saudi ports until further notice, viewing this as a fulfillment of their responsibility.
