Dhamar Tribes Rally to Assert Readiness for Mobilization Against Aggression

Dhamar: Tribes in Dhamar district held a large armed rally to affirm their readiness and mobilization to end the aggression and blockade, reclaim their resources, and thwart conspiracies against their people and nation. The gathering highlighted the enduring role of Yemeni tribes in society and the state.

According to Yemen News Agency, Mohammed al-Maqdashi, advisor to the Supreme Political Council, emphasized that the Yemeni tribe remains a crucial societal and national pillar, rejecting any exploitation for political agendas. He lauded the tribe's resilience through political changes and stressed its role in protecting and defending the homeland.

Al-Maqdashi criticized the transfer of Yemen's wealth to foreign banks, reiterating the tribes' commitment to their national role and independent decision-making. He emphasized that the tribes prioritize defending the homeland and recovering its wealth, rather than being distracted by marginal issues.

Dhamar Governor Muhammad al-Bukhaiti stated that Yemeni tribes are preparing for the battle to liberate Yemen, end aggression, and restore sovereignty. He accused the Islah Party of distorting the tribes' role for political gains and praised the tribes' resilience and support for the Palestinian cause.

Al-Bukhaiti warned against any attempts to undermine the tribes' role or obstruct their movements, urging unity among Yemeni parties to avoid serving foreign agendas. He reaffirmed the tribes' focus on confronting foreign aggression and supporting national causes.

A statement issued at the rally, attended by multiple dignitaries and officials, affirmed the tribes' readiness to confront any developments. It expressed support for the Leader of the Revolution's position, unity among resistance fronts, and readiness to respond to escalations in the region.

The statement called for general mobilization, recruitment, and training activities, urging Yemenis to unite against occupation and restore sovereignty. It emphasized the tribes' readiness to implement necessary measures for achieving independence and safeguarding national resources.
