Sanaa: The Ministry of Education and Scientific Research announced the issuance of seating numbers for students taking the General Certificate examinations for the basic and secondary levels for the academic year 1447 AH.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Director General of Examinations at the Ministry, Najib Al-Matari, stated that the 519,527 students registered for the exams, including 217,115 secondary school students, can obtain their exam seating numbers starting today, Thursday. These numbers can be accessed by visiting designated locations.
Al-Matari emphasized that the distribution of seating numbers is free of charge, urging the education offices in the governorates and districts to oversee the distribution process and ensure that no fees are charged to students.
He acknowledged the efforts of the examination committee staff, despite limited resources, for completing the necessary preparations and technical arrangements to ensure the exams are conducted on schedule. This aligns with the directives of the Minister of Education and Scientific Research, who also chairs the Higher Examinations Committee. He encouraged the students to diligently review and study their lessons during the remaining days to achieve top marks.
