Sana'a: The Military Heart Center's eighth scientific conference continued on Wednesday in Sana'a, bringing together leading cardiologists and cardiac surgeons from across Yemen and abroad.
According to Yemen News Agency, on the second day, participants presented lectures on artificial intelligence in cardiology, coronary angiography complications, clinical pharmacology, and other cardiovascular topics. International experts joined via Skype to discuss balloon catheterization, drug-eluting stents, and coronary artery treatments. Complex cases were also reviewed and debated.
Ali Al-Shami, Director of the Military Heart Center, praised the active participation and dedication of attendees, noting that the conference will enhance the skills of Yemeni medical professionals and advance specialized cardiac care nationwide.
