Sa'ada: The Central Laboratory, Blood Bank, Isolation Center, and the Qahzah Health Center in Sa'ada Governorate organized a commemorative event on Saturday to mark the Martyrdom Anniversary 1447 AH under the slogan: 'The Highest Sacrifice and Noblest Gift Is That of the Martyrs.'
According to Yemen News Agency, Dr. Yahya Shaim, Director of the Governorate's Health and Environment Office, highlighted the greatness of martyrdom and the esteemed status of martyrs during the event. He emphasized the noble sacrifices made by martyrs and urged attention to be given to their families and children in recognition of the sacrifices made on the fields of honor, dignity, and courage. Dr. Shaim stressed the importance of continuing mobilization and supporting security agencies' efforts to thwart enemy plots.
Dr. Shaim also underscored the significance of fostering the culture of jihad and martyrdom, noting its role in confronting global arrogance and foiling enemy schemes. He highlighted the blessing and honor of martyrdom, the esteemed position of martyrs, their contributions, and the rewards God bestows upon the oppressed through their struggle, patience, and sacrifices.
Additionally, a speech delivered by Dr. Yahya Saheb on behalf of the medical staff lauded the martyrs' sacrifices and heroism in confronting tyranny. He praised the greatness of their martyrdom in the path of God and in defending religion, land, and honor. The speech also emphasized the importance of bearing responsibility, maintaining readiness to defend the homeland, ensuring security and stability, and following the path of the martyrs to preserve the values and principles for which they sacrificed, while safeguarding their achievements and continuing the struggle in the path of God.
