Four Tons of Expired Food Items Destroyed in Hodeidah

Hodeidah: The Office of Economy, Industry, and Investment in Hodeidah Governorate has successfully destroyed four tons of expired and miscellaneous food items. This action was carried out in the presence of a specialized committee tasked with overseeing such operations.

According to Yemen News Agency, Office Director Saleh Mohammed highlighted that the destruction of these food items is part of continuous efforts aimed at protecting consumers and ensuring compliance with food supply regulations in the markets. The operation underscores the commitment to maintaining food safety standards and addressing violations in the region.
