Sana'a: Al-Hikma University in Sana'a celebrated today the graduation of its third batch of the General Medicine and Surgery Program for the 1447 AH academic year, comprising 64 male and female doctors, coinciding with the Prophet Muhammad's birthday anniversary.
According to Yemen News Agency, the ceremony was marked by officials praising the graduates' contribution to the national healthcare system and commending the academic staff for preparing them according to modern scientific standards. They urged the graduates to continue academic research, work as a team, and contribute to improving healthcare in Yemen.
University Board of Trustees Chairman Dr. Salah Musfar emphasized the importance of upholding the values and principles of the Prophet Muhammad in professional practice, while urging the graduates to adhere to medical ethics and serve responsibly in hospitals and healthcare facilities.
Al-Hikma University President Dr. Mokhtar Dael affirmed the university's commitment to academic excellence and improving the quality of medical education, emphasizing that investing in people, particularly in healthcare, is essential.
Graduate Abdul Raqeeb Muneer, speaking on behalf of the graduates, praised the university's teaching staff for providing them with scientific knowledge and practical skills.
