Hajjah: Hajjah Governor Hilal al-Sufi and Member of Parliament Dr. Ahmed Nassar today inspected the summer camp activities at the Martyr of Islam and Humanity Model School. They were accompanied by directors of the governorate center, Issam al-Wazzan, and the Cleanliness Fund, Hamza Sharaf al-Din, to review the implementation of cultural and scientific activities.
According to Yemen News Agency, the officials received an explanation from Nabil al-Hajjaji, the head of the education sector at the governorate center, about the activities conducted for students. The program teaches God's guidance, the Holy Quran, and beneficial sciences, with a turnout exceeding four thousand students.
During the visit, Governor al-Sufi emphasized the importance of students in the summer camp serving as honorable models within the governorate and as role models in practical life. He highlighted the students' role in revitalizing the nation, teaching the Quran within society, correcting misconceptions, and sharing the knowledge they have gained.
The Member of Parliament stressed the importance of summer courses in providing young people with knowledge and insight, while also correcting deviations from a correct and upright approach. He stated that these courses are an opportunity to educate future generations about their obligations to God, the nation, and society, as well as their role in strengthening faith identity and Quranic culture.
During their visit, the students showcased various examples of the knowledge and learning they have acquired over the past period.
