Hodeidah: Hodeidah University, in coordination with the University Student Forum, organized mass rallies across its colleges and campuses to condemn the Saudi attack on Sana'a International Airport and express support for the revolutionary leadership in taking deterrent measures.

According to Yemen News Agency, participants described the attack on the airport and the disruption of humanitarian air traffic and civilian travel as a grave crime and a blatant violation of international laws protecting civilian infrastructure.

They said the continued blockade and restrictions on civilian flights are aimed at pressuring the Yemeni people but stressed such efforts would fail in the face of their resilience.

The rallies welcomed the Yemeni Armed Forces' retaliatory strike on Abha Airport and declared full support for the military's statement, describing the response as a legitimate measure against attacks on Yemeni facilities.

A statement issued at the rallies renewed full authorization for revolutionary leader Abdul-Malik al-Houthi to take measures to protect national sovereignty and secure Yemen's legitimate rights. It also affirmed the readiness of the university's academics, staff, and students to carry out leadership directives under all circumstances.

The statement called on Yemenis to continue general mobilization and support the armed forces, while praising the steadfastness of Hodeidah University's academic community in maintaining educational activities despite the blockade. It also urged greater national unity and continued support for the Yemeni Armed Forces until what it described as the aggression and blockade come to an end.
