Al mahwit: A number of schools in Al Mahwit City held celebratory events on Monday marking the anniversary of the Prophet Mohammed's birth. The events highlighted aspects of the life and noble character of Prophet Mohammed, including his virtues, compassion, wisdom, and patience, as well as the values and lessons of his message and their role in building a righteous society.
According to Yemen News Agency, the events stressed the importance of commemorating the religious occasion among students as an opportunity to familiarize young people with the Prophet's life, emulate his guidance and morals. They also emphasized translating these values into daily conduct by promoting cooperation, compassion, solidarity, and good treatment of others.
