Hajjah: Four matches were held on Thursday in Hajjah province as part of the Mawlid football tournaments, organized to celebrate the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
According to Yemen News Agency, in Bani Qais District, the match between Fursan Al-Hazahiz and Aswad Mahal Aman ended in a 3-3 draw, while Al-Qahir team defeated Al-Majd 2-1 in the Mawlid tournament in Ka'idah.
In Aslam District, two matches were held: in the first, Al-Wahda team beat Al-Yarmouk 2-1, while Al-Misbar triumphed over Al-Ittifaq with a 4-0 victory.
The tournaments will continue tomorrow, organized by the district branches of the Youth and Sports Office under the supervision of the governorate's Youth and Sports Office, with support from the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Youth Care and Development Fund.
