General

Sana'a: The Ministry of Finance, the Tax Authority, and Customs organized a cultural seminar today to commemorate the anniversary of the noble Prophet's birth (may the best prayers and purest peace be upon him and his family).

According to Yemen News Agency, the seminar was attended by leaders from the Ministry of Finance, the Tax Authority, and Customs. The Deputy Dean of the Quran Academy - Capital Secretariat Branch, Allamah Ibrahim Al-Bawsi, emphasized the significance of the occasion in reinforcing Islamic values and applying them in daily life, following the example of the Prophet (PBUH).

Allamah Al-Bawsi explained that Yemenis have a profound connection to the noble Prophet, as their ancestors, the Ansar, were among the first to support and aid him when the Quraysh abandoned him and the Bedouins conspired against him. Despite the ongoing challenges and repercussions of aggression and siege, the Yemeni people continue to demonstrate their deep love for the Messenger of God and their dedication to following his teachings.

He further called for widespread participation and mobilization for the central event in the Capital Secretariat and the governorates, as a tribute to and in support of the Messenger of God (PBUH).

Assistant Deputy Minister of Finance, Walid Fayea', highlighted the importance of the occasion in fostering a sense of responsibility, championing truth, and remaining steadfast. He noted that the Ministry of Finance and its staff are notably committed to organizing, participating, and mobilizing for the Mawlid al-Nabawi events.
