Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) 30 Index closed on Sunday at 5,955.62 points, up by 6.3 points, or 0.11 percent, compared to the previous trading session, which ended at 5,949.33 points. The value of trading reached OMR 42,066,628, marking an increase of 10.8 percent compared to the previous session's trading value of OMR 37,982,715. According to Yemen News Agency, the daily report issued by the Muscat Stock Exchange stated that market capitalization rose by 0.019 percent compared to the last trading day, reaching approximately OMR 32.21 billion. Purchases by non-Omani investors amounted to OMR 2.498 million, representing 5.94 percent of total trading, while sales by non-Omani investors reached OMR 3.025 million, or 7.19 percent. As a result, net non-Omani investment declined by OMR 527,000, or 1.25 percent.
