National Team Reviews Evaluation Reports of Service Centers in Sana’a

Sana'a: The National Team supporting the initiative to simplify procedures and enhance the quality of government services convened a meeting on Saturday, under the leadership of Anis Sufyan, the Deputy Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development and head of the team.

According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting focused on the results of the first phase of the inspection and evaluation of service centers and mechanisms, known as "Citizen Service," within central and local public service units. This phase targeted 22 public service facilities. Team members presented their observations regarding the evaluation process in these centers, leading to their inclusion in the final report.

Furthermore, the team discussed the preparations underway for the second phase of the evaluation process, which will focus on additional service centers, mechanisms, and targeted units. Anis Sufyan commended the dedication of the field teams in completing the first phase and acknowledged the efforts of those involved in receiving, inputting, and analyzing data, as well as preparing preliminary reports. He highlighted that the technical teams had completed 22 detailed evaluations of service centers and mechanisms in public "Citizen Service" centers, which will culminate in a comprehensive final report covering all targeted units.

Sufyan stressed the necessity of focusing the second phase of evaluation on service centers that have direct interactions with citizens. The Procedures Simplification Support Team comprises representatives from various oversight bodies, including the Prime Minister's Office, the Supreme National Authority for Combating Corruption, the Central Organization for Control and Auditing, the Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Development, and relevant security agencies.
