Parliament Speaker Congratulates Revolution Leader, SPC President

Sana'a: The Speaker of the Parliament, Brother Yahya Al-Raei, sent a congratulatory telegram to the leader of the revolution, Mr. Abdul-Malik Badruddin Al-Houthi, the head of the Supreme Political Council, His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, and members of the Political Council, the armed forces, and the Yemeni people, on the occasion of the new Hijri year 1447 AH.

According to Yemen News Agency, the Speaker of the Parliament, on behalf of the Council and its presidency, expressed sincere congratulations and blessings in remembrance of the migration of the Prophet Muhammad to Medina. The speaker highlighted that this migration was not just a transition but marked the beginning of a new era for the world.

The Speaker emphasized that the prophetic migration instilled values and principles in the nation, inspiring lessons in loyalty and patience. He stressed that these principles are vital for mobilizing efforts to unite the nation against significant challenges.

The Speaker remarked on the steadfast support for the Palestinian cause and the resistance to conspiracy plans, affirming the nation's alignment with the Muhammadan approach. He praised the efforts of the Islamic Republic in Iran in resisting Israeli-American attacks and thwarting plans perceived as criminal.

The Speaker noted that the victory achieved forced adversaries to seek intermediaries for a ceasefire, highlighting that only the victor possesses the decision to end conflicts. He criticized the enemies of the nation for posing risks to regional and global security.

In conclusion, the Speaker expressed hope for the preservation of the Islamic nation and success in the nation's endeavors, wishing a prosperous and blessed year for the entire Islamic community.
