Sana'a: A Victory for the Nation and the Collapse of Arrogance - Reflection on the Event and a Vision for the Future' was held on Wednesday at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. The event was organized by the International Association of Political Experts and Analysts - Yemen Office, in partnership with the Academic Institution for Conferences, Research, and Scientific Arbitration.
According to Yemen News Agency, during the event, Ambassador Abdulilah Hajar, Advisor to the President of the Supreme Political Council, emphasized the importance of The Honest Promise 3 operation, which he said exposed the Israeli entity and its global supporters, leading them into a phase of defeat and retreat. He highlighted the role of such events in enhancing public awareness, calling the operation a decisive turning point in the battle between right and wrong. He noted that it foiled U.S. and Israeli plans for the Middle East and helped establish a resistant region that respects sovereignty and Arab-Islamic values, while supporting the oppressed in Palestine and elsewhere.
Ambassador Hajar stressed the collective responsibility to maintain resilience, support the revolutionary leadership and the Supreme Political Council, and back the operations of the Yemeni Armed Forces in support of Gaza. He also urged continued efforts to expose the falsehoods and deception of the Israeli entity and the U.S. in the region. "The Yemeni people," he said, "face ongoing conspiracies with a strong foundation of awareness, unity behind their leadership and armed forces." He cited advancements in military capabilities that have shaken the enemy, affirmed that steadfastness and willpower are Yemen's greatest shield against threats, ensuring ultimate victory.
Minister of Culture and Tourism Dr. Ali Al-Yafei also spoke on the significance of the Honest Promise 3 operation, describing it as a defining moment between two historic phases - Al-Aqsa Flood and The Honest Promise. He called it the most critical period in the modern history of the nation. He noted that the operation marked a shift and a common cause for the free people of the world, regardless of religion, as it instilled fear and destruction within the Israeli entity. He stressed that the survival of Israel is only possible through the support of traitors and collaborators from the Arab world.
Dr. Al-Yafei praised the success of Al-Aqsa Flood operation in revealing the fragility of the Israeli regime and the psychological defeat it suffered, which could have led to major consecutive victories had there been greater support from the Arab and Islamic nations. He further emphasized the significance of The Honest Promise 3 as a turning point that should be preserved and ingrained in the minds of future generations. He viewed it as a major gain for the Axis of Resistance, including Yemen, which has long supported the Palestinian cause and Iran.
He also highlighted the vital role of cultural institutions in Yemen and across the Resistance Axis in raising awareness and enlightening society, especially the role of writers, intellectuals, and creatives in confronting aggression and exposing enemy schemes.
Additional speeches were delivered by Hamdi Al-Razhi, Head of the International Association of Political Experts and Analysts - Yemen Office; Abdulaziz Abu Talib, Head of the Center for Strategic Studies; Dr. Mohammed Al-Numani, member of the association; Yahya Al-Saqqaf, Head of the Yemeni Strategic Center for Studies and Research; and human rights activist Amat Al-Malik Al-Khashib. They all emphasized the strategic importance of The Honest Promise 3, highlighting its role in achieving victories against the Israeli entity and restoring dignity to the nation.
The speakers also discussed the operation's success in exposing the true nature of the Israeli regime, and how Iran's victory has inspired renewed determination among Palestinians and the broader Resistance. The event concluded with tributes to Yemen's leadership and people for their honorable stance in supporting Gaza and the Palestinian cause, targeting the Israeli entity deep within occupied territories, and inflicting successive losses. The speakers called for continued collective responsibility to uphold the gains of The Honest Promise and sustain the struggle for Palestine.
