Sana'a: President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi Al-Mashat, extended his congratulations to the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi, and the people of Yemen, including members of the Supreme Political Council and the government, on the occasion of the Prophet's birthday.
According to Yemen News Agency, the President expressed his gratitude to the Yemeni people for their remarkable public turnout in the capital Sana'a and other governorates to commemorate this significant occasion. He highlighted that this unprecedented gathering showcased the Yemeni people's deep connection to the Prophet Muhammad's teachings and their commitment to his path.
President Al-Mashat emphasized that the celebration sent a global message of Yemenis' dedication to the Prophet's example and their stance against perceived oppressors, America and Israel, while supporting the oppressed within the Muslim community. He noted that while some forces attempt to undermine the Muslim community's bonds with the Prophet, Yemenis are reinforcing their ties to the Holy Quran and the Prophet's teachings.
The President extended his gratitude to the Supreme Political Council members, government officials, and all who contributed to the successful organization of the commemorative events. He remarked on the world's admiration for the Yemeni people's devotion to the Prophet Muhammad, despite the challenges posed by the ongoing Saudi aggression and blockade.
