Sana'a: The Supreme Political Council President, Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, has granted a presidential amnesty to individuals who were misled into fighting on the West Coast front, provided they lay down their arms and choose to return to the right path. This initiative aims to encourage reconciliation and reintegration of former fighters into society. According to Yemen News Agency, President Al-Mashat has instructed local authorities in the Hodeidah and Taiz provinces to make the necessary arrangements to ensure the successful implementation of this amnesty. The directive underscores the commitment to achieving peace and stability in the region by offering fighters an opportunity to abandon conflict and reintegrate into their communities.
