Provincial Security Officers in Hajja Protest Against U.S. Insult to Qur’an

Hajja: Security officers in Hajja province organized on Wednesday an angry protest condemning the U.S. crime of insulting the Qur'an. Participants in the protest denounced the continued attacks on Islamic sanctities, foremost among them the Qur'an, emphasizing that all religions and divine laws forbid such crimes.

According to Yemen News Agency, the protestors also condemned the silence and inaction of Arab and Islamic governments in the face of these crimes targeting the Islamic nation and its sacred values, stressing the need for decisive measures to curb these repeated offenses. A statement issued at the protest condemned all attacks against Islamic sanctities, describing them as explicit hostility toward Islam and Muslims, and holding the U.S., Britain, and the Zionist enemy fully responsible for these repeated offenses.

The statement affirmed a steadfast stance in support of the Palestinian people, expressing readiness for the next round of confrontation with the enemies. It emphasized the continuation of mobilization, various activities, and preparations tirelessly until victory is achieved. It also announced the continuation of all forms of legitimate practical measures, foremost among them the economic boycott of American and Israeli goods. The statement called on the Arab and Islamic nations to participate in boycotting U.S. and Israeli products and companies that support them.
