Raymah: Two significant events unfolded in Raymah Governorate as the local authority and public mobilization, in collaboration with the educational sector in Al-Jibin District, kicked off activities commemorating the Prophet Muhammad's birthday for the year 1447 AH.
According to Yemen News Agency, Deputy Governor Yaish Al-Dubaibi stressed the importance of this commemoration as a means to express love and loyalty to the Prophet Muhammad, encouraging adherence to his teachings in both word and deed. The event encouraged the decoration of schools, neighborhoods, and homes with green lights, reflecting the significance of this occasion for Yemenis.
The celebration in Bani Waqid area of Al-Ja'fariah District saw participation from several notable figures, including the district director, Majid Amin, and various leaders from the executive, mobilization, and educational sectors, alongside social figures. The event featured speeches and programs highlighting the joy and reverence associated with the Prophet's birthday.
The speeches underscored the importance of strengthening loyalty to the Prophet and renewing the commitment to his path, particularly in opposing the enemies of the nation, such as America and Israel, while continuing support for Gaza and its oppressed Palestinian population. Calls were made for widespread participation in events that carry educational and spiritual significance to enhance community cohesion and adherence to faith identity.
Simultaneously, a student rally and march took place at Al-Qadisiyah School in Bani Shar'ab area of Bilad Al-Ta'am District, marking the Prophet's birthday and condemning the violent acts against the women and children of Gaza. Participants reaffirmed their steadfast support for the Palestinian people and their dedication to the Muhammadan path in challenging global arrogance.
The rally denounced the Israeli occupation's actions, including acts of violence, genocide, and the systematic starvation and displacement of Gaza's population, criticizing the silence and inaction of Arab and Islamic regimes.
