Sa'ada:The General Authority for Endowments and Guidance office, along with the Scholars Unit in Sa'ada province, held a cultural seminar to mark the 1448 AH Annual Martyr's Anniversary under the slogan 'The Dignity of Martyrs in the Cause of Allah.'
According to Yemen News Agency, the event was attended by Deputy Governor Saleh Aqab, scholars, and students of religious knowledge. Provincial mobilization official Ali Al-Dhaheri spoke on the significance of martyrdom in the cause of Allah and the necessity of standing for truth against falsehood.
Al-Dhaheri emphasized that commemorating the anniversary enhances loyalty to the martyrs' sacrifices and allows for the drawing of lessons in patience, steadfastness, and faith from their struggles. He noted that these struggles have brought victory and dignity to the homeland and the nation.
He also underscored the importance of teaching younger generations the values of jihad and martyrdom, and fostering societal appreciation for the martyrs' sacrifices. Al-Dhaheri described the martyrs' path as one of dignity and honor.
Furthermore, he stated that Allah Almighty has rewarded the martyrs with eternal life in His presence, a gift beyond human comprehension. Al-Dhaheri called for sincerity, loyalty, and commitment to the nation's concerns and stressed the religious and national obligation to care for the families and children of martyrs, honoring their sacrifice in defense of religion, land, honor, and dignity.
