Sana'a: The Shura Council commemorated today the anniversary of the noble Prophet's birth (may the purest peace and blessings be upon him), with a speech event. The event was attended by the Speaker of the Shura Council, Mohammed Hussein Al-Eidarous, his Deputy Daifallah Rassam, and a number of council members. The Secretary-General of the Council, Ali Abdulmoghni, delivered a speech on behalf of the Speaker and the Presidency, in which he noted that the Yemeni people commemorate the Mawlid generation after generation, and today they commemorate it under the blessed Quranic march and the wise leadership of Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi (may God protect him).
According to Yemen News Agency, he affirmed that the relationship of the Yemeni people with the Messenger of God and his family is a faith-based, spiritual, and emotional bond, ancient and historical, connecting them to him in all circumstances and times. The event featured a poem recited by Shura Council member Hadi Al-Razami, embodying the lofty and profound status of the Greatest Messenger in the hearts and sentiments of Yemenis.
The poem's verses portrayed scenes of unwavering steadfastness and legendary Yemeni resilience in the face of aggression, combating American tyranny and global arrogance, emphasizing that adherence to the prophetic path and connection to the Muhammadan message are the authentic source of dignity, resilience, and victory in the face of all challenges.
