Taiz: The Public-Private Partnership Development Unit in Taiz Governorate conducted a field visit to the Economy and Industry Office to activate the unit's work mechanisms through the 'Munsif' digital platform.
According to Yemen News Agency, during a meeting with Economy Office Director Afif Al-Dhabhani and other administrative and technical officials, discussions were held on measures to streamline the work environment, safeguard investors' rights, and facilitate their transactions. The meeting also reviewed procedures for receiving complaints and reports submitted through the 'Munsif' platform, emphasizing the importance of providing comprehensive technical responses within 24 to 48 hours to ensure prompt resolution.
The unified oversight committee is set to conduct field inspections and take measures to ban or close commercial establishments and activities in accordance with applicable laws. The unit urged traders and investors to use the 'Munsif' platform and app (munsif.gov.ye) to report any obstacles, affirming the local authority's commitment to protecting their rights and ensuring legal redress.
