US-Saudi-Emirati Aggression Targets Yemen on Multiple Anniversaries

Sana'a: On this day, May 1, throughout several years, the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression has persistently targeted vital, industrial and service facilities, residential neighborhoods, and roads across various governorates in Yemen. These acts have been described as war crimes and genocide against the Yemeni people.

According to Yemen News Agency, on May 1, 2015, airstrikes launched by aggression's aircraft resulted in the deaths of 20 citizens and injured over 50 others, including women and children, in Al-Marawn neighborhood, Sa'wan. The attacks led to complete destruction in the residential area. The aircraft also targeted multiple areas in the capital, including Sana'a International Airport, causing significant damage to infrastructure and citizens' homes.

In the following years, similar aggression continued. On May 1, 2016, shelling by mercenaries resulted in civilian casualties in Taiz and Ma'rib governorates. The aggression's aircraft and artillery targeted various strategic locations, contributing to ongoing instability and destruction in the region.

The aggression persisted into 2017 and 2018, with airstrikes and shelling causing further casualties and damage. On May 1, 2018, a fisherman was killed due to shelling off the coast of Hodeida. The aggression's aircraft launched numerous raids, causing extensive damage to infrastructure, homes, and citizens' properties.

In subsequent years, the pattern of aggression continued. On May 1, 2019, aggression forces kidnapped fishermen and shelled several areas in Hodeida governorate. The relentless attacks led to widespread destruction, affecting both infrastructure and civilian life.

The cycle of violence persisted in 2021 and 2022, with Saudi missile and artillery shelling targeting populated villages, resulting in civilian casualties. The aggression's aircraft launched numerous raids, exacerbating the humanitarian crisis in Yemen.

These recurring acts of aggression highlight the ongoing conflict and humanitarian challenges faced by the Yemeni people, as international calls for peace and resolution continue.
